Why is my LED flush mount ceiling light flickering?
An LED flush mount flickers because the dimmer does not match the driver, a splice is loose, or the driver is failing. A hot canopy or a burning smell means the breaker stays off.
- Turn the dimmer to full. If the flicker stops, use the listed dimmer or an on/off switch.
- With the breaker off, reseat the wire connectors.
- If it still flickers on a plain switch, replace the flush mount.
